| Cory Chalmers CEO/Founder
You may recognize Mr. Chalmers from A&E's hit series "Hoarders". Mr. Chalmers company Steri-Clean, was the company that started the series after the production company rode along and filmed them cleaning several hoarded homes. Mr. Chalmers is now a regular featured expert on the show and helps cleanup the most difficult hoarding cases across the country. Cory Chalmers founded Steri-Clean "Hoarder Helpers" in 1995 while working as a paramedic and seeing a huge need to help people. In 1997, Cory was hired as a firefighter in Orange County California where he still presently works as a full time fire Captain. His knowledge of city codes, the violation process, PO's, and S.O.P.'s is key in contracting his services with over 4 dozen cities that Steri-Clean is contracted by. He has 14 years experience as a paramedic, 14 years with hazardous materials and emergency management, as well as 16 years of Hoarding/Biohazard response and remediation. Cory is often asked to be the keynote speaker at conferences and seminars throughout the United States and has been featured on a dozen or more television shows. He is responsible for the rapid growth of Steri-Clean from an owner operator, home based business to a million dollar company that now has locations throughout California. Cory runs a worldwide Yahoo cleanup talkgroup, online hoarding support groups, and several websites to assist the public with valuable resources and information to assist them when out of his coverage area. He is well known throughout the United States as the Hoarding industry leader. |

Janelle Brown Operations Director
Janelle Brown has been with Steri-Clean, LLC since 1997. Janelle oversees the daily operation of our office staff and is in charge of our billing department. She plays a key role in accounts receivable, scheduling and all of the day to day functions within our headquarters office. Her expertise in all aspects of the company has proven to be a huge asset to the companies reputation and steady growth. Her ability to coordinate projects and interact with customers is irreplaceable. |

| Chris King Project Manager
Chris King has been with Steri-Clean, Inc for several years. As a Project Manager, Chris is responsible for each customer and job that is assigned to him from start to finish. Chris makes sure each of his customers are completely satisfied and his team of technicians perform to his high standards making sure each job is done correctly and efficiently. Chris is trained in advanced hoarding restoration, blood borne pathogens, biohazard remediation, lead based paint and hazardous materials (Hazwopper). Chris has an incredible personality that assures his customers feel very comfortable in any situation. |

| Robert McKeever Project Manager
Robert McKeever was a long time field supervisor for us until he promoted to Project Manager. His experience in hoarding remediation has proven to be invaluable in our organization. Roberts military background has proven to be extremely beneficial in teamwork and leading his crews. Robert oversees in house training, field training and operations. He handles the cases he is given in a timely manner and is very effective with keeping our customers happy year after year. |

| Mike Mooney Operations Manager
Mr. Mooney is our operations manger for Northern California. He is responsible for all territories from Fresno to the Oregon border. Mr. Mooney is responsible for all operations of our Northern California office including personnel, finances, customer care, facilities and vehicles. Mr. Mooney is a tremendous asset to our company and is highly self motivated and self sufficient. The feedback we get from customers his territory serves is nothing but tremendous. |

| Erin Alderson Procurement/Scheduling
Erin Alderson was brought on to our team to in early 2009 to assist in the daily operation of our office and warehouse needs. Erin responsiblities include scheduling and dispatch of estimates and jobs, scheduling of all training classes and speaking engagements, the inventory and ordering of all supplies for our office and field personnel, and retaining necesary insurances and vendor qualification status. Erin brought with her, years of valuable experience which has greatly improved our daily operations. |

| Kathryn St.George Public Relations Director
Kathryn St. George has recently relocated back to the Southern California area to join the Steri-Clean team. Kathryn is a dynamic and highly motivated manager with 13+ years of experience in sales and marketing of consumer products, founding and leading a network of business consultants, and managing a specialty food service business. She is a proactive leader, and we are excited to have her on the team, helping to expand the business through focused management and hands-on leadership. In Kathryn's spare time she enjoys hiking, kayaking, her vintage Volkswagen, and spending time with her young son. |

Kasey Gano, Romeo Cruz, Christian LaCour, Frank Kolb, Mike Arredondo, Steve Shopa, Brandon Green, Jason Sampson, Todd Williams, Jose Alverez, Tony Litteral, and Eli Sanchez make up our staff of highly trained and experienced hoarding remediation technicians. They are all trained in blood borne pathogens, disease exposure and prevention as well as crime scene clean up, tear gas remediation, odor control, lead based paint, and proper disinfection techniques. | Ricardo Calderon Warehouse Manager
Ricardo Calderon is in charge of maintaining inventory and cleanliness for our warehouse and fleet of vehicles. For the past few years our facility has been running much more efficiently since he came on board. After each vehicle comes back to our warehouse he is responsible for performing inventory and restock so it is ready to go on the next response. He is also responsible for labeling, tracking, disposal and or recycling of items that come back to our wareshouse including e-waste and household hazardous waste. He keeps our facility in top shape at all times. |
