Their illness then manifests and becomes reflected in their way of living (utter chaos) with the build-up of dust and clutter in their homes, a major Red flag that they are crying out (unaware even) for somebody who cares to force an intervention. If this is your story, then I hope you have found this site and I hope that you read this letter.

It's a helpless feeling for those of us who are not professionally trained and have not a clue where to start. If you have found this site, then you have found the answer, you are now in excellent hands.

You see I had a sister in crisis. All my life I've known her to be strong, supportive and a fighter. However, a succession of things happened to her in a short amount of time. A divorce, loss of her home and then, the loss of her only daughter who was killed in an automobile accident.

My sister went into a deep depression, since the occurrence of all these unbearable events, some time had passed, however her new place of residence became like a cluttered dark hole and whenever I would speak to her, she was always crying. I understood the reasons, but I was very afraid. What to do? Time wasn't healing a thing.

One day while watching The Oprah Show, she featured a story about clutter. On it she introduced an expert who helped those whose lives and homes had been turned upside down to get organized and find their way back to some balance. I thought this is it, this is the answer.

I tried contacting this expert, you can only imagine the volume of calls he was getting after the show. His staff very politely referred me to Steri-Clean.

I called Steri-Clean and my first introduction was to a gentleman by the name of Cory Chalmers; his patience, warmth and understanding, immediately put me at ease and made it easy to trust. I learned that he and his wife had started the company. Oh boy, you should see the jobs they've dealt with, some of the homes and sites worked on look as though nothing less than a Tsunami had gone through them. Where most of us would be running away, they are the brave ones that run too and run towards. Their attitude is to help, not only to get one organized, but also focus on ones mental well being, aware, the two go hand and hand, can't run a car without the engine, no putting the cart before the horse. I'm simplifying here, but they seriously.. are not.

I explained about my sister, he visited with her and found that her situation wasn't as dire as it seemed. He helped her focus and gave her suggestions to get back on track. After he left, she called me and seemed 100% better. I am not kidding. It was as though she drew back the dark curtains, let the sunlight in and opened the windows for fresh air to come though. It brings tears to my eyes just thinking about it. There was a smile in her voice. This all from a visit so imagine when his team works with you through and through to clean and clear the physical and emotional clutter. My apologies, Mr. Chalmers (Cory) and team don't mean to be setting you up to perform miracles but I'm just saying.. this is how you make me feel.
